What this Week: January 8-14

The second week of 2024 was another good reading week for me. I read two physical books (The Spanish Love Deception and Lizzie Blake's Best Mistake), and I finished one audiobook and started a new one (Marrying Winterborne and The Wall of Winnipeg and Me)  One of the books were first-time read, with one new-to-me author (Mazey Eddings). I'll be giving full reviews for Lizzie Blake's Best Mistake in a future blog post!

The audiobooks I am reading are borrowed from my library app, although I am sticking to books I already own right now. I've found that, for me, audiobooks work best when it is a story I am already familiar with. Otherwise I get too distracted trying to multitask and I end up missing things.
