This was my Book of the Month club pick for October.
The Boyfriend is a dual POV, dual timeline thriller. It alternates between present day Sydney, a woman who is trying to find The One, and past Tom, a teen in the first throes of love. Their lives intertwine in the present day and Sydney begins to wonder if her perfect boyfriend Tom is hiding a big secret!
This was a quick and easy read. It’s an enjoyable thriller with a twist that it took me awhile to see coming. My first Freida McFadden book, but I might give some others a try!
