She's Not Sorry is a single POV thriller about an ICU nurse named Meghan, who is trying to navigate life as a single mother living alone with her teenage daughter, and the fears that come with that when an unknown man is attacking women in the city. A patient named Caitlin is brought in, a woman in a coma who is thought to have jumped from a bridge. When a witness comes forward, it is realized that Caitlin may have been pushed. Meghan and Caitlin's lives become entwined, and Meghan realizes that she and her daughter might not be safe.

This was such a good one, although I was mad at myself for missing clues to one of the twists! There was more than one twist in the story, though, and enough red herrings to throw me for a loop. I definitely enjoyed this one and plan to read more from this author.
