Dating Dr. Dil is a dual POV fake dating(ish) romance. Kareena Mann has worked hard for the career she loves and enjoys spending time renovating her family home and restoring her late mother’s car. But when her father announces he’s selling the home, she realizes she won’t be able to buy it from him without the money earmarked as a gift for her engagement. When an intense connection with Dr. Prem Verma takes a catastrophic turn with an argument that goes viral on social media, her chances of finding a love match look slim. Prem’s dream of opening a community clinic is hanging in the balance, when the video makes some investors hesitate to provide funding. Kareena’s aunties present the two with a solution: they can get engaged and Prem will restore his reputation and investors trust while Kareena will get her house. Now all that’s left is for pragmatic Prem to convince Kareena to set aside her notions of love and settle for practicality!

This book was so good I added the rest of the series to my TBR before I was even halfway finished! I loved the meddling aunties and a glimpse at culture and traditions that are unfamiliar to me. I liked Prem and found him charming even though he was so insistent on keeping emotions out of it. I adored that Kareena knew she was worth love and happiness just as she was, and wasn’t willing to lower her expectations or contort herself into someone she wasn’t. They had such great chemistry and it was such a great read! I can’t wait to read more from this author!

But for Prem and Kareena to find their happily ever after, they must admit that hate has turned into fate.
